The Greater Pittsburgh Masonic Center has 7,700+ square feet of ballroom space with a variety of possible configurations to accommodate parties as small as 25 to as large as 500. Our banquet space is decorated in neutral tones with a hardwood floor providing expansive space for dancing, vendors or displays. One third of the ballroom space contains glass windows to let in lots of light and allow access to our seasonal covered patio with additional seating for 48.
The Grotto meeting space is a 1900+ SF carpeted room with an attached covered patio with picnic benches. The Grotto has an excellent technology set-up with a built-in media screen and projector with wireless hookup for seamless presentations. The acoustics of this room are ideal for small groups. The standard set-up of this room is (10) 6ft round tables with 6 padded executive chairs for comfort, and a head table with podium that can seat an additional 6 attendees. Classroom style setups are available for up to 70 people and auditorium style set-ups for up to 90. The Grotto also offers a potential isolated entrance and private individual restrooms allowing relative seclusion in an otherwise busy event center.
