Catering Requirements

*** All caterers and/or kitchen users must sign a kitchen usage agreement to work out of the GPMC kitchen. Included in that agreement are applicable fees for caterers in addition to needed documentation including liability insurance, ServSafe Certification requirements and other needed documentation that must be on-file in advance of usage.
