Meeting Rooms

The Greater Pittsburgh Masonic Center has a variety of customizable meeting rooms that can accommodate all of your needs, including breakout sessions and all-day seminars. Pair these spaces with all of the technical and AV equipment you need to make your meeting a success.

Lodge Rooms (Franklin, Lodge 45 and Milnor)

The GPMC offers a total of 3 lodge rooms that are available for small events that do not require food or beverage service. These rooms offer 2,000+ SF of carpeted and upholstered seating leading to exceptional acoustics for small gatherings. Each room offers a small, elevated stage area, and a large open center area surrounded by two sides of theater-style seating (100 total). In additional to this set-up additional floorplans can be accommodated in the open space allowing classroom style seating configurations of up to 40 individuals or 80 participants in an auditorium style.

*** Please note these rooms are most often available for daytime events and their use is strictly prohibited for use with events serving food or beverages. Additional banquet spaces must be reserved if your event requires food and beverage availability. These rooms contain many valuable and heavy antique items that cannot be moved and are not advised for use by groups that include children.

York Rite Meeting Room

This room is identical in most aspects to the other lodge rooms, albeit larger. It is nearly 4,500 SF and has built-in theater style seating for 146. It can accommodate up to 96 individuals in a classroom style and 160 participants auditorium style. Additionally, this space offers 2 built-in swing out style screens on each side of the stage area for presentation visibility via an HDMI provided hookup to your computer.
